2. Do you have another branch aside from Batangas?
   Nawa Wellness is the first and only wellness resort of Araw Hospitality Group. However, we do have several other hotel properties around the Philippines. Click here to discover under fun experiences under the sun.

3. Is this a private resort?
   Nawa Wellness is a private resort, offering an exclusive, tranquil wellness destination for our guests.

4. What is your check-in and check-out time?
   Standard check-in is at 2:00PM and check-out is at 12:00PM.
5. Can I walk-in and use your facilities?
   

   We offer day-use rates, but you are more than welcome to dine at Dalisay Epicurean Wellness Dining even without a day-use booking.

1. Is there a minimum number of nights required to reserve?
   No, we do not have a minimum. Whether you are visiting for a day, staying overnight or even longer, you are welcome to begin your wellness journey any time with us.
2. What is included in your rates?
   Nawa Wellness offers two rates:
   • Room and Breakfast Rate, good for 2 persons
   • Room, Breakfast, and Haplos Treatment, good for 2 persons

   Both packages include Wi-Fi access, daily housekeeping service, complimentary access to the swimming pool and Fitness Studio, and access to the daily scheduled Wellness Activities (such as Shamanic Breathwork and Meditation, Mandala Floral Art, Aqua Fitness, and Meal Prep Class). 

   All other facilities and services have their corresponding rates and can be booked upon check-in at Nawa Wellness.

3. Can I book with my children?
   Wellness is for everyone! We welcome children at our resort. Please note our extra person charges based on the age of the children:
   • Children aged 5 and below: Free of charge
   • Children aged 6 to 11 years: PHP 1,300
   • Children aged 12 years and above are considered adults: PHP 2,000 

   These charges include an extra bed, breakfast, and access to wellness amenities.

4. Is Nawa Wellness a pet-friendly resort?
   Our resort is pet-friendly! We welcome one medium-sized pet per room for a fee of PHP 1,500 per pet for the duration of your stay, which includes pet treats.

1. Are we required to join all the wellness activities during our stay?
   Participation in any of the wellness activities is optional and is meant to enhance your experience with us. Guests can choose to join in or simply relax and enjoy their stay.

2. What are your daily activities?
   We offer a variety of complimentary activities that are part of any package you book with us. These include:

    Note: All activities are subject to availability and are weather permitting. Slots for each session must be reserved beforehand.

3. How much is a Reiki session?
   Reiki, or energy healing, is offered at PHP 1,500 per person for a 60-minute session with our certified Reiki therapists.

4. How much is a Pickleball session?
   Play a game of pickleball at either of our two hilltop courts! We offer a pickleball package of PHP 1,500 per hour, good for two persons. This rate already includes rackets and balls.
5. Is there a beach nearby?
   Our resort is conveniently located just 5 minutes away from the beach. We do offer tours to the Calatagan Sandbar.
   
   
6. Is your Front Office 24/7?
   Yes! Our Front Office is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please do not hesitate to approach our friendly staff if you require assistance; it would be our pleasure to assist you.

1. How do I get to Nawa Wellness from Manila?
   

   For guest with private cars:
   – Manila via Cavitex or CALAX-Tagaytay-Nasugbu-Lian-Calatagan
   – Manila via SLEX –Lipa-Lemery-Balayan-Calatagan

   Nawa Wellness is also available on Waze and Google Maps.
   
   For Commuters: Ride the DLTB Bus at Buendia (look for Calatagan Signage) and ask to be dropped off at Calatagan Public Market. We do offer pick up service at PHP 1,000 per way for 4 pax. 
   
   

2. Do you have transportation that can be used around the property?
   We have Multicabs available to transport guests around some areas of the resort, while other areas do require walking and using stairs.

1. Do you charge corkage?

To ensure the quality of services provided, we apply the following corkage fees for food and beverages brought into the resort:

•Snacks: For 3 bags or more – PHP 500

•Wine: PHP 700 per bottle

•Hard Liquor and Spirits: PHP 1,000 per bottle

•Soft Drinks: PHP 300 per bottle (regardless of volume)

•Outside Food: PHP 1,000 for any food brought into the resort (excluding baby food)

These fees are necessary to maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and consistency in our resort services. For questions regarding corkage, please contact the front desk.

2. How much is your extra person charge?

•An extra person charge of PHP 2,000 per night applies, inclusive of breakfast.

•For children aged 6-11, the extra person charge is PHP 1,300 per night, inclusive of breakfast.

•Extra beds will be provided based on the room type selected and are subject to availability.

•Please note that maximum occupancy limits per room type will apply.

3. Do you have a pet surcharge?

•A pet surcharge of PHP 1,500 per pet applies for the entire duration of the stay.

•Please note that all pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Additional cleaning services can be requested for PHP 1,000 per service.
