By booking through Nawa Wellness’ website, online booking services, or third-party online travel agencies (OTAs), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or utilizing our booking services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Reservation Policies
2.1 Booking Confirmation
•All reservations are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email. Please ensure that the email address provided is accurate and regularly checked.
2.2 Payment
•A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. Payment terms and conditions will be specified at the time of booking, including any required deposits or prepayments.
•For reservations made through OTAs, their specific payment terms will apply.
2.3 Deposit Policy
•For bookings with a stay of 1 night, 100% of the total stay is required to reserve a room.
•For bookings with a stay of more than 1 night, 50% of the total stay is required to reserve a room. The remaining balance should be settled upon arrival.
2.4 Cancellation, No-Show, and Modification Policy
•Kindly refer to the Cancellation and Modification Policy detailed separately.
•Any changes to your reservation are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us directly for modifications.
3. Check-In and Check-Out
3.1 Check-In
•Standard check-in time is from 2:00 PM onwards. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
•Express check-in will be implemented wherein necessary forms and incidental deposit should be provided prior to arrival.
•An incidental deposit amounting to PHP 3,000 is required upon check-in, which will be refunded upon check-out should no charges occur.
3.2 Check-Out
•Standard check-out time is 12:00 PM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3.3 Identification
•A valid government-issued ID and the credit card used for booking must be presented upon check-in.
4. Use of Facilities
4.1 General Rules
•Guests are expected to respect and adhere to the rules and regulations of Nawa Wellness. Any damage to property or violation of rules may result in additional charges and/or termination of the stay.
4.2 Pool and Recreational Areas
•Use of the pool and recreational areas is at your own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
5. No Smoking Policy
Nawa Wellness strictly implements a No Smoking Policy in the resort, including inside rooms and public areas. Smoking of tobacco, e-cigarettes, and similar products in public areas such as streets, buildings, and outdoor spaces is prohibited except in designated smoking areas, where cigarette waste and butts can be properly disposed.
6. Corkage Fees
To ensure the quality of services provided, we apply the following corkage fees for food and beverages brought into the resort:
•Snacks: For 3 bags or more – PHP 500
•Wine: PHP 700 per bottle
•Hard Liquor and Spirits: PHP 1,000 per bottle
•Soft Drinks: PHP 300 per bottle (regardless of volume)
•Outside Food: PHP 1,000 for any food brought into the resort (excluding baby food)
These fees are necessary to maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and consistency in our resort services. For questions regarding corkage, please contact the front desk.
7. Environmental Commitment
As part of our commitment to sustainability, we participate in the NO SINGLE-USE PLASTIC Policy. We kindly request your support in minimizing waste by avoiding the use of single-use plastics during your stay.
8. Local Regulations
8.1 Attire
•Wearing of swimming attire outside the pool area is highly discouraged. Kindly wear modest clothing, such as shirts, shorts, dresses, or other attire that fully covers the torso, when in public places.
9. Travel Insurance
Nawa Wellness recommends that all guests have independent travel insurance while traveling. We strongly recommend that all clients take out personal travel insurance at the time of booking to cover illness, injury, death, loss of luggage, personal items, medical cancellations, and extreme weather evacuations or displacements.
10. Limitation of Liability
Nawa Wellness, its affiliates, and staff shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, booking services, or stay at our property. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangibles. Nawa Wellness does not accept responsibility for delays, additional expenses, or inconveniences caused by events beyond our control, such as travel agent error, late arrival of flights, civil or political disturbances, fire, acts of God, national emergencies, strikes, or other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Resort.
11. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, and government actions.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
13. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

At Nawa Wellness, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and modification policy is designed to be fair and straightforward. Please review the details below to understand our terms:
- General Policy
- All cancellations and modifications must be requested in writing via email to reservations@nawawellness.com or by calling +63 998 995 6508.
- The date of receipt of the cancellation/modification request will be considered the effective date of the cancellation/modification.
- Cancellation Policy
2.1 Cancellations Made 15 Days or More Before Arrival
- Reservations canceled 15 days or more before the scheduled arrival date will incur no penalty. Any deposits paid will be fully refunded.
2.2 Cancellations Made Within 14 Days or Less Before Arrival
- If a reservation is canceled within 14 days or less before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit paid is non-refundable.
- In the event of a no-show or early departure, the reservation will be subject to a full room night charge for the entire reserved stay.
- Modification Policy
3.1 Modifications Made 15 Days or More Before Arrival
- If a reservation is modified 15 days or more before the scheduled arrival date, no penalty charge will apply, and the modification will be subject to availability. Any difference in room rates or additional charges due to the modification must be settled accordingly.
3.2 Modifications Made Within 14 Days or Less Before Arrival
- If a reservation is modified within 14 days or less before the scheduled arrival date, the modification will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Any reduction in the length of stay or changes in room type within 14 days or less before arrival may result in penalty charges up to the amount of the original reservation.
- Special Circumstances
- In the case of extraordinary circumstances such as natural disasters, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen events, we will review cancellation and modification requests on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required to support such requests.
- Refund Processing
- For credit cards, the refund will be credited back within 14 to 30 business days, depending on the issuing bank. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the reservation.
- Nawa Wellness is not responsible for any differences in the refunded amount due to currency exchange rate fluctuations or additional fees charged by banks or payment processors.
- Third-Party Bookings
- For reservations made through third-party online travel agencies (OTAs), the cancellation and modification policies of the respective platforms will apply. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions provided by the OTA at the time of booking.

Nawa Wellness is committed to providing a welcoming and enjoyable environment for families. This Child Policy outlines the terms and conditions applicable to guests traveling with children, including accommodation, dining, and safety guidelines.
Age Categories
For the purpose of this policy, children are categorized by age as follows:
- Adult (12 years and above)
- Children (ages 6-11)
- Infants and Toddlers (ages 0-5)
Accommodation Policy
- Infants and Toddlers (ages 0-5)
- Infants and toddlers can stay free of charge when sharing a room with parents or guardians.
- Children (ages 6-11)
- For children aged 6-11 as an extra person staying in the same room as parents or guardians, they will be charged PHP 1,300 per night including daily kids’ breakfast.
- Extra beds are available in select rooms only.
- Adults (ages 12 and above)
- Guests aged 12 and above are considered adults and will be charged the full extra person rate of PHP 2,000 per night including daily breakfast.

Child Meal Policy
- Infants and Toddlers (ages 0-5)
- Children aged 0-5 eat free of charge (menu based on kids’ menu)
- Special dietary needs or allergies should be communicated to our staff in advance to ensure appropriate meal preparation.
- Children (ages 6-11)
- Nawa Wellness offers a specially designed Kids’ Menu, the menu prices are final and not subject to additional discounts. For children aged 6-11 who prefer to select dishes from the main menu, items will be available at 50% of the adult meal price.
- Adults (ages 12 and above)
- Full meal charges apply to guests aged 12 and above.
Dining Options
- Breakfast
- Complimentary breakfast is provided for children aged 0-5 when accompanied by a paying adult.
- Children aged 6-11 may select items from the Kids’ Breakfast Menu. Alternatively, if they choose from the Main Breakfast Menu, they are entitled to a 50% discount on those selections.
- Lunch and Dinner
- Children aged 0-5 can enjoy meals free of charge from the main menu.
- Nawa Wellness offers a specially designed Kids’ Menu, the menu prices are final and not subject to additional discounts. For children aged 6-11 who prefer to select dishes from the main menu, items will be available at 50% of the adult meal price.
- Room Service
- The child meal policy applies to room service orders as well. Children aged 0-5 eat free, while children aged 6-11 who chooses food outside the kids’ menu receive a 50% discount on the main menu.
Safety and Supervision
- Supervision
- Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times while on resort premises.
- Our resort offers babysitting services upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
- Facilities Usage
- Children are welcome to use the resort’s facilities, including the swimming pool and recreational areas.
- For safety reasons, children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult when using these facilities.
At Nawa Wellness, we are delighted to welcome you and your furry friends to our resort. We understand that pets are part of the family and strive to provide a comfortable experience for our guests and their pets. To ensure the enjoyment and safety of all our guests, including your beloved pets, we kindly ask you to follow our pet policy outlined below.
- General Guidelines
- Pets Are Welcome: We are happy to accommodate your pets during your stay. Our pet-friendly policy allows dogs, cats, and other domesticated animals.
- Pet Size Limitation: To manage orderliness in the resort, we welcome medium-sized pets and smaller. For the comfort and safety of all our guests, pets exceeding 22 inches in height (measured from the shoulder) are kindly asked to stay at home.
- Pet Surcharge: There is a pet surcharge of PHP 1,500 per pet for the duration of your stay. This fee covers the additional cleaning and maintenance required to keep our facilities pristine for all guests.
- Pet Owner Responsibilities
- Control and Supervision: Pets must be under the control of their owners at all times. Pets should be on a leash or in a carrier outside the guest rooms.
- Behavior: Please ensure your pets are well-behaved and do not disturb other guests. Continuous noise, such as barking, must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced.
- Room Access: Pets are not allowed in certain areas, such as the restaurant, pool, spa, and any area marked with a “No Pets” sign.
- Cleaning and Maintenance
- Keeping the Resort Clean: It is the pet owner’s responsibility to clean up after their pets. We ask that you promptly dispose of pet waste in the appropriate containers provided throughout the resort.
- Additional Cleaning Services: Should you require assistance cleaning up after your pet, we offer a cleaning service for an additional charge of PHP 1,000 per request. This service can be requested through any of our butlers.
- Damage and Liability
- Damage to Property: Pet owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pets to the resort’s property. Charges for any damage will be assessed and added to the guest’s bill.
- Liability: Pet owners are fully responsible for their pets and any injuries or harm caused by their pets to other guests or resort staff.
- Health and Safety
- Vaccinations: All pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations, and proof of vaccination will be requested at check-in or may be sent prior to your stay.
- Wellness: Pets showing signs of illness or distress may not be allowed to stay to ensure the safety and comfort of other guests and pets.
- Acceptance of Terms
- By bringing a pet to Nawa Wellness, pet owners agree to abide by our pet policy. Non-compliance may result in the inability to accommodate the pet at our resort.
